Senior Technical Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, the Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise on cross-platform operational issues, input into new services and technologies, and implementation of same. Infrastructure management The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for ensuring that information technology infrastructure is optimized and that sufficient capacity is available to meet the needs of the business. Working with the Technical Analysts, the Senior Technical Analyst is also responsible for ensuring that incidents are diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner in support of the business. Business continuity management the Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing and testing information technology business continuity measures. Contribute to development and implementation of the Technology Program the Senior Technical Analyst is responsible to take a leadership role and work with team members to develop and implement projects and NSSRs. The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible to develop, maintain, and implement aspects of the operational technology roadmap.
