March 31, 2027 Extension: Up to 1 additional term Openings: 1 Allocation: 100% Security Clearance: No clearance required Position Overview The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to provide Agile leadership, coaching, facilitation, and project delivery expertise within an enterprise I&IT environment. The successful candidate will serve as a servant leader and Agile subject matter expert, helping development teams adopt and continuously improve Scrum practices, remove impediments, facilitate collaboration, manage stakeholder relationships, and support successful delivery. The role also requires a strong understanding of business analysis, business process modelling, requirements gathering, backlog management, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
