Paid training is provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization. *Responsibilities* * Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following established recipes and quality standards * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures * Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience * Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity during cashiering duties * Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed * Follow all sanitation protocols to ensure a safe, clean environment for both customers and staff *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments; restaurant or food industry experience is highly valued * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests * Familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, for smooth transaction processing * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods * Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards * Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting * Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques Join us as a Sandwich Artist and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating delicious meals while delivering memorable guest experiences.
