Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for meeting customer needs by listening, understanding and providing solutions. They are responsible for answering telephone inquiries, processing customer orders, returns and credit until order completion. Order completion includes scheduling delivery and coordination of special-order items, all with communication with dispatch and other team members involved. The Salesperson is also responsible for maintaining stock of in store products and general housekeeping of their department and store front.
