We are currently hiring full-time employees who are passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, eager to learn, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Successful candidates will support daily store operations, contribute to sales growth, build lasting customer relationships, and represent the Supplement King brand within the community. Evening and weekend availability is required. *Duties & Responsibilities:* * Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to support customers in achieving their health and fitness goals. * Open and close the store independently in accordance with company procedures. * Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately and responsibly. * Receive, unpack, stock, and merchandise inventory. * Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. * Participate in daily community outreach and promote the Supplement King brand. * Attend local fitness, wellness, and community events as required. * Travel and work between multiple store locations as needed. * Continuously develop product knowledge and contribute to store success through teamwork, professionalism, and accountability. *Work Environment:* The Sales Associate works in a customer-focused retail environment and plays an active role in store operations, sales, and community engagement. The role involves standing for extended periods, handling inventory, maintaining store presentation standards, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. *Qualifications & Skills:* *Required: * * Valid driver's licence. * Reliable vehicle for commuting. * Cell phone. * Ability to attend orientation and training shifts at the St. Albert location. * Valid Canadian Food Safety Certificate prior to the start date. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Professional, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A genuine interest in health, fitness, nutrition, and helping customers achieve their goals. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. *Assets:* * Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience. * Knowledge of sports nutrition, supplements, health, and fitness products. * Experience working in a goal-oriented or performance-driven environment. *What We Offer:* * Performance-based in-store bonuses. * *SIGNING BONUS* rewarded upon completion of probation. * Designated paid holidays. * On-site parking. * Paid time off. * Store discount.
