Room attendant

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Handle and report lost and found items. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Launder clothing and household linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Clean changing rooms and showers. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Reference required. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
