Job description
*Overview* Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in patient care across diverse settings! Your expertise will help improve health outcomes and support patients through their recovery and ongoing health journeys. *Duties* * Assess patient conditions accurately and develop personalized care plans aligned with medical directives * Administer medications and treatments safely, following established protocols and medical terminology standards * Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and respond promptly to patient needs in acute care or long-term settings * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to coordinate comprehensive patient care * Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with laboratory testing to support diagnostic processes * Document all patient interactions meticulously in electronic health records such as Epic or Cerner systems * Provide specialized care for pediatrics, seniors, dementia patients, or those requiring home health services * Support patient education initiatives to promote understanding of health conditions and medication management *Requirements* * Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards * Proven experience in hospital settings with acute care expertise preferred * Familiarity with electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner is highly desirable * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and laboratory procedures * Experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors, or dementia patients is a plus * Ability to perform phlebotomy and provide pain management effectively * Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is advantageous * Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Join us to be part of a vibrant healthcare environment where your skills are valued and your dedication makes a real impact.
