Western Zone invites applications for a permanent full-time Respirologist at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL.The successful candidate will provide comprehensive respiratory medicine services to patients across the Western Zone, working within a collaborative and well-supported interdisciplinary team. The position includes both inpatient and outpatient respiratory medicine care, with on-call coverage shared equitably among the physician group.Western Memorial Regional Hospital is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art acute care facility that opened in June 2024. The hospital serves as a 164-bed regional referral centre for Western Newfoundland, delivering a broad range of secondary and select tertiary services to a population of approximately 80,000 residents.NL Health Services is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador, and academic interests are encouraged and supported.Work EnvironmentCorner Brook and the Western region offer an exceptional quality of life.
