Monitor project progress and compliance in the field or through meetings with developers. Provide technical advice where appropriate to assist developers in maintaining compliance with regulatory authorizations and legislative requirements.¿¿ Financial: assist in the establishment of annual Operational and Maintenance (O&M) budget for the inspection program.¿
