Renovation manager

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Asset languages: Japanese. Work site environment: Dusty. Noisy. Odours. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and prepare work schedules. Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Plan and manage budgets. Train staff. Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.
