Job Description Purpose Under the supervision of the Director of Care and under the direction/guidance of the Occupational Therapist, provide therapeutic measures based on individual needs. Key Performance Measures - Manitoba Health inspections - Accreditation - Clinical Indicators - Resident/Family Satisfaction Survey results - Bi-annual Performance Appraisal Key Accountabilities - In conjunction with the Occupational Therapist, develops implements and evaluates individualized therapy programs. - Co-ordinates current stretch and strut ambulation program and physio/exercise classes, as outlined on the monthly OT calendar. - Provides daily therapy as instructed on the absence of Occupational Therapist. - Provides ongoing evaluation of resident status. - Collaborates with clinical team to initiate referrals. - Instruct staff to ongoing care...
