We are seeking a Fully Registered Independent Physiotherapists to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals seeking to establish a solid foundation in clinical practice. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of conditions. * Develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans * Provide effective treatment for mechanical back, neck, and shoulder pain * Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Manage and treat WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases. * Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach initiatives, as needed *Work Experience and Skills:* * Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) * Minimum 5 years of clinical experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues * Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities * Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning * Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Knowledge ofdirect billing and insurance processes is an asset, particularly when reception support is unavailable. * Experience or interest in FCAMPT, pelvic health is considered an asset *Education:* * Master?s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program * Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario *Schedule and Availability:* As part of our continued growth, Trident Physiotherapy & Rehab is expanding its clinic operating hours to provide greater accessibility to our patients. We are looking for a physiotherapist who can commit to the following schedule: * *Monday to Thursday:* 2:00 PM ? 8:00 PM * *Friday to Sunday:* Full-day availability preferred Our goal is to extend clinic availability to approximately 8:00 AM ? 8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on patient demand and clinic needs. *Additional Information:* * Salary: Negotiable for a deserving candidate * Quality is our priority ? we value excellence in patient care * Flexible schedule and contract-based position This position offers valuable experience in the healthcare industry and the opportunity to positively impact patients' lives.
