An exciting opportunity to join CAMH's dynamic Bridging Service team. The Bridging Service provides low-barrier, rapid access to care for clients following an acute episode of care. We are currently seeking a full-time, temporary Registered Nurse (until February 26, 2027). As a member of an inter-professional team, you will provide client-centred mental health, addiction, and nursing care to individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing acute mental health and substance use concerns. You will provide comprehensive assessment, crisis intervention, brief supportive treatment, care coordination, and psychoeducation while supporting clients through periods of acute need and transition.
