Registered dental hygienist

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices while assisting the dentist in various procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients. every other Tuesdays 2-8 every other Thursday 2-730 2 Saturdays a month 8-230 *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health. * Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in Abelsoft. * Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and dental instruments. * Stay updated with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. *Skills* * Proficiency with Itero is highly desirable. * Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations. * Experience in dental assisting or working in a dental office setting is beneficial. * Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry Join our team and contribute to creating healthy smiles while advancing your career in a supportive environment!
