What We Offer * Competitive pay of *$55?$65/hour*, based on experience * Optional benefits program * Flexible vacation scheduling * Opportunities to earn additional income with optional extra shifts * Continuing education through supplier lunch-and-learns and in-office learning opportunities * Supportive, welcoming team environment Schedule * Tuesday to Saturday * Approximately *8:00 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.* with a 30-minute unpaid lunch * Flexible start time (around 7:30 a.m.) with the option of a one-hour lunch * Optional Monday shifts available for those interested in additional hours (billing experience or willingness to learn is an asset) About the Practice Columbia Dental is a fully digital general practice using *ClearDent* practice management software. We provide quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment with well-appointed operatories featuring both Piezo and Cavitron ultrasonic scalers. Responsibilities * Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care * Perform scaling and periodontal maintenance * Educate patients on oral health and home care * Complete accurate clinical documentation * Assist with sterilization when needed * Complete billing for optional Monday shifts, if applicable What We're Looking For * Registered Dental Hygienist licensed (or eligible for registration) in British Columbia * Friendly, professional, and compassionate * Reliable and adaptable * Strong communication and patient care skills * Comfortable working independently when required * New graduates are encouraged to apply!
