Give your best. *ABOUT THE ROLE* _Patient Experience_ * Greet patients and create a calm, welcoming first experience * Check patients in and out, process payments, and keep patient records accurate * Support our Treatment & Financial Coordinator so every patient feels looked after _Lead Management_ * Follow up personally with new patient inquiries that need a human touch * Answer patient questions, schedule appointments, and manage the inbox * Work alongside our automated communication and AI tools to make sure no lead falls through the cracks _Referral Relationships_ * Build and maintain relationships with our referral partners * Visit referring offices, building relationships and keep them updated on their patients * Contact referred patients quickly and track referral activity * Help us grow our referral network over time *WHAT YOU'LL NEED* * Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships in person * Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence * Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new software quickly * Experience with AI or automation tools, or a genuine interest in learning them * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups without reminders * Dental office, patient coordination, or sales/relationship experience is a strong asset * Familiarity with practice management software (Tracker for Dental is a plus) * Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for referral office visits * Motivated, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth * High school diploma required *This Is Not For You If?* * You want a slow-paced, unchanging role with no expectation of growth * You just want a job to clock into * you don't like building relationships and meeting new people This role will start as part time and grow into full time over time.
