Receptionist (R1)

We are searching for a receptionist who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for clients, this receptionist must be able to multitask by greeting clients, answering numerous phone lines, process transactions, update client information, sort and distribute the mail while supporting department needs. Our client is looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This receptionist must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times.
