Job Description The Front Desk is the first impression customers have of the business. As such, the Front Desk must represent our mission and core values and greet each customer with respect. Responsibilities * Answer phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner. * Follow-up with customers who have a balance owing on their account. * Assist customers with concerns and inquiries, bring these to the attention of the manager. * Complete opening and closing duties, including reconciliation of daily transactions. * Maintain a clean work environment. * Order taking and being the initial contact for your client base. * Invoice data entry. * Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. * Additional duties may be assigned.
