Perfection Plumbing has been serving Saskatoon since 1996, and we're looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Youll often be the first person our customers speak with, so this is much more than just answering phones. You'll help turn stressful plumbing problems into positive customer experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Answer incoming customer calls Book and schedule service appointments Listen to customers and gather information Communicate with our plumbing technicians Update customer information Help manage a busy daily schedule Follow up with customers Respond to emails and messages Assist with general office duties WHO WERE LOOKING FOR: Friendly and positive Confident on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers Able to multi-task A good problem solver A team player Dependable and punctual Willing to learn and improve We're looking for someone with a great attitude who genuinely enjoys helping people.
