Property accountant

*Job Overview* Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of property-level accounting and coordinate the day-to-day work of the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This is a working accounting position with meaningful responsibility for follow-through, reconciliations and process improvement. *Duties* * Prepare monthly property financial statements, reconciliations and variance analysis. * Review tenant ledgers, rent escalations, additional rent charges and collection exceptions in coordination with AR. * Review invoice coding, outstanding supplier balances, payment batches and AP exceptions. * Coordinate AR/AP priorities, monitor deadlines and maintain a clear open-items tracker. * Reconcile bank accounts, balance-sheet accounts, intercompany balances and property related entries. * Support year-end w...
