The Street Worker's Advocacy Project is hiring a full-time Program Support Worker for our Raising Hope Program. The days/hours of this position are Saturday - Wednesday from 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. The Raising Hope program provides housing and intensive supports for pregnant or early post partum women who struggle with addiction issues. The program is delivered from a secure apartment building with a maximum capacity for 14 families. The program is staffed 24/7 with a minimum of 2 staff on each shift. The Program Support Worker provides supervision, mentoring and supports to program participants guided by the principles of trauma informed practice and harm reduction. Duties may include providing one-on-one coaching and encouragement, assisting participants to develop parenting and life skills, providing transportation for participants as need...
