This key leadership role works to ensure the equitable, strategic, and transparent, allocation of public funds across Alberta’s continuing care system. As Program Director, you will lead the application of approved funding methodologies, implement policies, and allocate funds to influence organizational service capacity, healthcare provider sustainability, and client outcomes.
