Production coordinator

As a direct point of contact with customers, this fast paced role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to react quickly to customer issues including scheduling, and the installation process. *Areas of Responsibility:* * Contact customers to schedule and coordinate orders with accuracy and minimal supervision * Manage customer inquiries and complaints * Work within a team environment * Ensure work is completed within expected time frame including high volume promotional periods *Qualifications and Education Requirements:* * 2-3 years of experience as Production Coordinator preferably in the countertops industry * High level of attention to detail * Good inter-personal skills and pleasant telephone skills * Business College Diploma or relevant work experience * Good conflict resolution skills * Be able to read Blueprints * Experience with Google Workspace, Word, Excel \* Able to do simple math calculations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Production Coordinator: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
