Production assistant

Our focus on quality and efficiency sets us apart in the printing and manufacturing industry, supported by modern production equipment and streamlined workflows. *Role Overview* We are seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to support day-to-day production and fulfillment at our Scarborough workspace. This role is focused on print production, order packing and shipping, and general warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks independently, with training and ongoing support provided by our main team. No prior print or design experience is required?we will train you on all equipment and processes. *Key Responsibilities* * Operate print equipment and assist with print production (training provided) * Assemble, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently * Prepare materials for production and finishing * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace * Support general warehouse and manufacturing tasks, including handling materials and equipment * Assist with occasional event-related tasks such as preparing and setting up backdrops * Conduct basic checks to ensure equipment and tools are functioning properly * Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment * Perform other general tasks as needed *Requirements* * Ability to lift and move items weighing *40 lbs or more* * Valid G driver?s license * Comfortable using a Mac computer * Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks * Strong attention to detail and organization skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Reliable, punctual, and responsible * Willingness to learn (no prior experience required?training will be provided) Pay: $36,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Paid time off Work Location: In person
