We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented *Procurement Specialist *to join our Procurement team and support the timely sourcing and purchasing of materials, components, equipment, and services required across ZPC?s operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Procurement Specialist will help ensure materials are ordered accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with project and production requirements. This role will be responsible for managing purchase orders, communicating with vendors, monitoring lead times, following up on outstanding orders, maintaining accurate purchasing information within our ERP system, and helping resolve purchasing or supply issues before they impact operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with both vendors and internal stakeholders. *What Will You Do* Your responsibilities will include: *Purchasing & Purchase Order Management: * * Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders for materials, components, equipment, and services based on approved purchasing requirements. * Review purchase requests for accuracy and ensure required information is available before orders are placed. * Confirm pricing, quantities, specifications, delivery dates, and shipping requirements with vendors. * Maintain accurate purchase order information and supporting documentation within ZPC?s ERP system. * Monitor open purchase orders and proactively follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding or delayed deliveries. * Update expected delivery dates and communicate changes that may affect production or project timelines. *Vendor Coordination: * * Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, availability, pricing, lead times, shipping, and delivery status. * Request and compare vendor quotations when required. * Support the identification of alternative suppliers or sourcing options when materials are unavailable or lead times do not meet operational requirements. * Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with ZPC?s vendors and suppliers. * Escalate significant pricing, quality, availability, or delivery concerns to the appropriate internal stakeholder. *Material & Production Support: * * Work closely with Production, Fabrication, Engineering, Inventory, and Project Management to understand upcoming material requirements and purchasing priorities. * Support the timely procurement of materials required for manufacturing and project activities. * Identify poten
