*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Adherence to all procedures and maintenance of clean and safe environment. * Perform required preventative maintenance on all injection molds and complete all checklists and documentation as lined out in procedures * Documentation of all process changes and/or deviations from standard processes. * Anticipate and resolve issues that may hinder production performance. * Replace, repair hoses, fittings, etc. where required * Perform required tool changes timely to ensure completion of required production as well as meeting or exceeding daily targets for efficiency, effectivity, and utilization * Perform tool changes using approved checklists and procedures (PIMMP) * Complete all changeover and maintenance reports as required by the MRO. * Ensure all necessary preparations are completed and available for the ne...
