Printing press operator

We are a growing custom Printing and Production company dedicated to exceptional quality and outstanding customer service. We?re looking for an experienced *Printing Press Operator* to join our team and play a key role in our day?to?day operations. *Key Responsibilities* * Operate and maintain a *Heidelberg 4?Colour Press & a 2 Color Press (1 at a time)* with precision and consistency. * Able to make plates on Heidelberg plate equipment * Perform routine cleaning and maintenance after each production run. * Manage customer orders from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely production. * Oversee *shipping and receiving* activities. * Support general production and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. *Requirements* * Proven experience operating a *Heidelberg 4?Colour Press*. * Strong understanding of paper types, including *grain direction and GSM*. * Experience with *prepress and plate making*. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. *Why Join Us?* * Work with a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction. * Enjoy a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and skill development. * *Competitive compensation*: Salary *plus profit sharing*.
