Plumbing and Heating Manager (FT)

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Operation and financial oversight of Plumbing & Heating department. 2. Oversee all Journeypersons, apprentices and office staff, including scheduling, job assignments and onsite supervision. 3. Ensure all administrative work is complete in a timely and accurate manner. These duties include job tracking, purchase orders, warranty claims, billing, etc. 4. Responsible for Inventory and fleet management. 5. Responsible to support business growth by cultivating existing customers and developing new business opportunities within the Plumbing & Heating department. 6. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards. 7. Other duties as assigned.
