Pipeline maintenance worker

Check, lubricate, refuel and clean equipment. Operate various vehicles and equipment. Report any malfunctions to supervisor. Check and lubricate gas pipeline valves. Investigate reports of gas leaks. Tree removal. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). First Aid Certificate. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
