*About the Role* Upper Beach Health + Wellness is seeking a motivated, personable *Physiotherapist* to join our busy, collaborative multidisciplinary clinic in Toronto?s vibrant Upper Beach neighbourhood. Our community-based clinic focuses on functional rehabilitation and hands-on care. You will join an established team of professionals across Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, TCM Acupuncture, and Social Work who work closely together to provide exceptional patient care and cross-referral support. With a large, active client base and strong word-of-mouth referrals, our physiotherapy schedule is comfortably busy year-round, offering an ideal environment to grow your practice. *Schedule & Hours* * *Immediate Availability Required:* * Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2:00 PM ? 7:00 PM * *Additional Hours Available:* * Monday through Friday shifts available (8:00 AM ? 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM ? 7:00 PM) *Compensation & Benefits* * *Competitive Split:* 65/35 in favor of the therapist with a cap * *Incentive Bonus Structure* to reward strong performance. * *Capped Clinic Contribution Model:* Allows practitioners to earn up to *90%* beyond the fee cap. * *Clinic Features:* Large fully equipped private treatment rooms, shared rehabilitation and acupuncture space, high street-level visibility, and direct TTC transit access right outside the door. *Qualifications & Skills* * Active registration and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-collaboration skills. * Commitment to patient-centered care and continuing education. * *Assets (not required):* Experience in functional rehabilitation, acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy, pre/post-surgical rehab, or prenatal/postnatal care.
