Job description
All In Physiotherapy, Sport & Wellness is expanding our physiotherapy team and is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Coquitlam, BC. This is an opportunity to practise in an established private clinic where the administrative side of your practice is supported for you. Our front-desk team manages scheduling, patient communication, direct billing, and day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing you to spend more of your time focused on patient care and developing your caseload. Our clinic continues to grow through new patient inquiries, professional and internal referrals, community connections, and ongoing marketing. Your clinical responsibilities may include: * Conducting initial and follow-up physiotherapy assessments * Identifying functional limitations and establishing appropriate rehabilitation goals * Creating individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs * Providing evidence-informed care using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and appropriate treatment modalities * Prescribing and progressing individualized home and in-clinic exercise programs * Monitoring outcomes and adapting treatment plans as patients progress * Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation * Communicating with physicians, insurers, and other healthcare providers when necessary * Coordinating care with other practitioners when a multidisciplinary approach would benefit the patient * Providing professional, patient-centred care throughout the rehabilitation process *What We're Looking For* Applicants must: * Be registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC) * Maintain current professional liability insurance * Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills * Take an evidence-informed and patient-centred approach to treatment * Be comfortable practising independently while contributing to a collaborative clinic environment Previous private-practice experience is an asset but is *not required*, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Additional education, certification, or an interest in developing a clinical focus is also welcomed.
