Phlebotomist

We are seeking a *Phlebotomist *to join our growing family practice. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment. Key Responsibilities *Phlebotomy Duties* * Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages * Label, handle, and prepare specimens accurately for laboratory pickup * Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards * Maintain accurate documentation related to specimen collection * Data entry and chart management in Accuro EMR * Processing lab reports, referrals, and medical documents * Assisting physicians with clinic workflow and administrative tasks * Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times Qualifications & Requirements * Certification or formal training in *Phlebotomy* * Experience with Accuro EMR system * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of infection prevention and control standard * *Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays* Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
