Pharmacy Assistant ? Kroll & Blister Pack BillingOverview We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily focused on managing blister pack billing through Kroll, coordinating blister schedules, and assisting with daily pharmacy operations. We are looking for someone who is confident using Kroll, familiar with batch billing, and comfortable managing blister pack workflows independently. Responsibilities * Manage daily blister pack batch billing using Kroll * Identify and resolve prescription billing issues * Review patient profiles and request prescription refills when needed * Coordinate blister pack schedules, grids, and paperwork * Process prescription changes and communicate updates to the blister packing team * Assist with prescription filling and general pharmacy duties * Maintain accurate records and an organized workflow Requirements * Previous experience working in a community pharmacy * *Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is required* * *Experience with Kroll batch billing is strongly preferred* * Familiarity with blister pack preparation and scheduling * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Fluent in English * Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset, but not required * Reliable and comfortable working in a busy pharmacy environment What We Offer * Supportive and respectful work environment * On-site parking * Opportunity to gain experience in a busy community pharmacy *Job Type:* Part-time *Experience:* * Community Pharmacy: 1 year preferred * Kroll: Required * Kroll Batch Billing: Strongly preferred Pay: From $18.50 per hour Experience: * Kroll Batch Billing: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
