Cancer Care Alberta is seeking a skilled professional to join our Cancer Care Alberta Telehealth Pharmacy Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications for cancer patients. Cancer Care Alberta provides comprehensive care at two tertiary cancer centres, four regional cancer centres, and eleven community cancer centres across the province.
