Pharmacist

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug therapies, and ensuring optimal patient care. *Responsibilities* * Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with doctor?s orders and legal regulations * Provide clinical services such as medication reviews, adaptation, medication administration and MACS and contraception * Ensure proper documentation of all required records * Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards * Manage inventory levels of pharmaceuticals to ensure availability while preventing shortages or overstocking * Stay current with new medications, medical terminology, and advancements in pharmacy practice *Experience* * Prior experience working as a Pharmacist is preferred * Ability to deliver excellent patient care with compassion and professionalism * Familiarity with winRx is an asset This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient health outcomes within a collaborative healthcare environment.
