*Job Overview* Baine Johnston is currently seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our team in St. John's. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will report directly to the President and will independently manage payroll and benefits while ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service to employees. *Responsibilities* * Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, comprised of a mix of hourly, salaried, and commission-based pay, and timekeeping system using ADP/WFN payroll software, for two local Newfoundland & Labrador companies. * Administration of benefits and group RRSP plans, handling remittances, enrolments, plan changes and terminations. * Identifying potential improvements in payroll and control processes, ensuring that identified opportunities are implemented successfully. * Month end...
