In this role, you?ll work alongside our Autoglass Technicians to support the safe, efficient, and professional completion of automotive glass repairs and replacements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting technicians in the shop and on mobile crews, preparing automotive glass, performing rock chip repairs and LDWS calibrations, assisting with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, and keeping our shops and mobile vans clean, organized, and ready for service. The first 90 days are about learning the trade, demonstrating your skills and work ethic, and becoming part of the GlassMasters team. Following successful completion of your 90-day probationary period, you may have the opportunity to enter our in-house C.I.A. Technician Training Program, providing a clear path toward becoming a fully trained Autoglass Technician. *What You'll Be Doing* You?ll play an important role in keeping our technicians, customers, and operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include: * Assisting Autoglass Technicians with installations and repairs. * Preparing, handling, and transporting automotive glass safely and efficiently. * Performing rock chip repairs and LDWS calibrations. * Loading and unloading mobile vans and equipment. * Safely and responsibly driving company and customer vehicles. * Assisting with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries. * Keeping the shop and mobile vans clean, organized, and ready for service. * Providing friendly and professional customer service. * Supporting the team with other duties as required. * Developing the skills and knowledge needed to advance into an Autoglass Technician role. *What We're Looking For* You don?t need years of autoglass experience ? we can teach you the trade.
