*JOB DESCRIPTION* The Union Club of British Columbia is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join its culinary team in Victoria, British Columbia. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, producing and presenting pastry, dessert and baked items for the Club's à la carte dining, banquets, weddings, special events, member functions, breakfast service, afternoon tea and other food service operations.
