Are you an experienced order picker looking for a long-term opportunity with a great team? IS2 Burlington is hiring Order Pickers / Packers for a well-established employer in the Acton area. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right. Location: Acton, ON Pay: $21.50/hour Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Order picking in grocery-style warehouse aisles • Packing and preparing products for shipment • Inspecting products for damaged goods and verifying quantities • Labelling products and putting them away in the proper locations • Using handheld RF scanners to complete daily tasks • Investigating inventory inaccuracies and making necessary stock adjustments • Maintaining accurate inventory and completing cycle counts as required • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe • Following standard operating procedures and warehouse guidelines • Moving product throughout the warehouse as required • Supporting general warehouse activities as needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented warehouse professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should have: • Ideally 1 year of recent order picking experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Experience using an RF scanner • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication skills in English • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic • CSA-approved steel toe boots/shoes • Ability to work the assigned afternoon shift WHY CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY?
