Outside sales representative

* *Role Overview* We are seeking an *Outside / Inside Showroom Sales Representative* to actively scout, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling luxury bathroom and kitchen fixtures, faucets, vanities, and plumbing solutions to homeowners, interior designers, builders, architects and general contractors. You are the primary consultant driving sales by pairing showroom design consultations with local field visits to job sites, architecture firms, and design studios. You will guide clients through the entire process?from initial material selection and layout planning to final project delivery. * *Responsibilities* *Lead Generation : *Proactively research, cold-call, and visit designers, architectural firms and local construction sites to identify and acquire new trade partners. *Quotes & Proposals:* Create competitive pricing packages, design specifications and quotations for residential or commercial projects *Relationship Development:* Build and maintain clients, transforming one-time buyers into long-term, loyal trade accounts *Showroom Consultations:* Schedule and host showroom product presentations *On-Site Field Travel:* Travel locally to client offices and active job sites for new leads *Competitive Market Tracking:* Proactively monitor regional construction and remodeling trends to identify upcoming residential or commercial projects * *Required Skills & Qualifications* *Experience:* 3 ? 4 years of proven experience in retail / showroom sales *Interpersonal Skills:* Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
