Operations Analyst

In-Scope, Permanent, Full time Multiple Positions Work Location: Regina, Head Office. This role is eligible for hybrid this means youll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (In Regina), on a scheduled rotation once training requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time. Work hours: 3 days a week, 12-hour days on rotation 7:00 am 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm 7:00 am. (Note: during training, work hours will vary from this schedule.) Pay Range - $62,006 - $78,249.00 Posting Close Date: October 9, 2026 We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our IT Operations team. Wed love to hear from you if you: Have knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and core IT operations practices. Understand IT service management (ITSM) principles and ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and request management. Have experience using ticketing systems and supporting technology services. Understand of IT monitoring, operational support, and service delivery processes. Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Pay attention to detail and exercise sound judgment. Can communicate effectively with diverse audiences, translating technical concepts into practical information. Can prioritize competing demands and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment. Are curious, collaborative, and committed to helping deliver great value to users. Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant Information Technology field of study, or defined equivalency, along with one to two years of experience in a service desk, desktop, or a related IT field.
