Job description

Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Business administration and management, general Experience 3 years to less than 5 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Administrative and office activities Act as liaison within organization between staff and management around wellness issues Provide job training and support Project management Proofread to ensure accuracy Participate in safety audits and programs Ensure that procedures are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations Develop and implement police force procedures and policies Co-ordinate the logistics and administration of elections within constituencies Co-ordinate administrative services Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures Provide problem-solving services to network users Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Co-ordinate and schedule activities Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Liaise between chefs and customers MS Office Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents Develop policies and procedures to manage corporate cataloguing systems, records scheduling and disposal, and finding aids Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors Implement new administrative procedures Coordinate projects and programs Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Database software Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software Area of work experience Purchasing, procurement and contracts Business administration/management Additional information Transportation/travel information Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent written communication Flexibility Initiative Organized Team player Ability to multitask Benefits Health benefits Health care plan Financial benefits Bonus Group insurance benefits Other benefits Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) Free parking available
