This is a challenging job that offers the opportunity to do a wide variety of tasks. Must be able to multi-task and be able to work unsupervised and be extremely organized. Solid experience in Quickbooks Desktop including A/P, A/R and Payroll is required. Familiarity in credit card and bank reconciliations is also necessary. An ability/interest in IT would be an asset. Position also includes the administration of IFTA, IRP and our COR Safety Program (under the direction of the Safety Manager), as well as overseeing the safeties/registration requirements of our fleet of equipment. Accurate record keeping of all the above with attention to detail is imperative. This is a very flexible position. Competitive wages and health benefits.
