*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative functions, exceptional customer service, and efficient office management. You will oversee clerical tasks, manage communication systems, and support various departments to foster an environment of efficiency and professionalism. *Responsibilities* * Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. * Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. * Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for staff members. * Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring positive interactions at all times. * Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional. * Support bookkeeping tasks including basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and tracking expenses. * Manage administrative tasks related to logistics, shipping, and customs. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. * Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation. * Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and managing multi-line phone systems. * Previous experience in medical or dental offices is a plus; familiarity with front desk procedures or dental receptionist duties is beneficial. * Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in record keeping. * Strong computer skills including Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general office technology.
