If you?re passionate about providing exceptional service and streamlining office processes, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* *Manage Frito-Lay and UPS accounts and related administrative requirements.* *Manage company contracts and related documentation.* *Answer electronic inquiries and respond to customer questions and complaints.* *Order office supplies and maintain inventory.* *Maintain organized manual and computerized customer and vendor filing systems. Open and distribute incoming mail, electronic correspondence, and other materials.* *Proofread documentation, forms, letters, notices, and publicly displayed information. Plan and control office budgets and expenditures.* *Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by employees.* *Conduct performance reviews and maintain related documentation.* *Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures relating to workplace health and safety.* *Supervise office and volunteer staff.* *Provide customer service assistance and perform related administrative duties* *Requirements* * Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools * Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software preferred * Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing accuracy, and file management * Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting; medical or dental office experience is a plus * Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries courteously and efficiently * Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette * Ability to perform proofreading tasks accurately and maintain high standards of professionalism in all communications * Completion of secondary school is required. * Previous administrative or office management experience is required. * Ability to maintain confidential information. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry. * Experience in a senior administrative role within the construction industry is also considered an asset.
