What You'll Be Doing As our Office Administrator, you'll be an important part of keeping our office, showroom, customers, and service team running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include: -Answering phones and responding to customer emails -Scheduling new jobs and maintaining staff schedules - Helping customers with product information and showroom sales -Completing and invoicing work orders -Processing and collecting payments -Helping resolve customer questions and concerns -Providing friendly, professional service to our customers -Keeping our showroom clean, organized, and welcoming -Organizing product and material lists for job sites -Assisting with basic accounting and financial organization -Helping with general office duties and keeping things running smoothly Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: -Reliable, organized, and dependable-Professional, friendly, and respectful-Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things right-Comfortable working with customers and staff-Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment-Comfortable working independently-Experienced with Jobber is an asset-Knowledgeable about the heating and cooling industry an asset-Comfortable lifting small packages and boxes-Experienced with a pallet jack ? an asset What We Offer: Competitive wages (wage will be based off experience) Health & dental benefits Company clothing On-site parking Company events A great team environment WHY INFLAME?
