Job description

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Perform data entry. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Maintain internal record-keeping system. Prepare invoices and bank deposits. Manage events. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word. Database software. Project management software. Social Media. Accounting software. MS Office. Adobe Acrobat Reader. Electronic mail. Spreadsheet. Travel bookings: Business travel.
