*Who We Are* Mindful OT Services is a specialized, award-winning paediatric occupational therapy clinic in Newmarket, Ontario. We serve children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and complex motor needs. Our team of regulated OTs delivers programming across gross motor development, primitive reflex integration, sensory processing, adolescent life skills, HeartMath biofeedback, art therapy, and animal-assisted programming. We are a small, high-calibre team led by a founder-clinician with deep paediatric expertise. We do not operate as a churn-and-burn clinic. Every person on our team is invested in the work, in the families we serve, and in each other. *The Opportunity* We are hiring a full-time, permanent Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to work alongside our regulated OT team in delivering exceptional paediatric therapy. This is a clinic-based role where you will implement individualized treatment plans, support group programming, and play an active part in the progress of every child on your caseload. Our clinic operates evenings and weekends ? a structure designed to eliminate commute stress, protect time for self-care, and maximize your professional impact by seeing families when they are most available and most likely to attend consistently. You will work under the supervision of our registered OTs, with full administrative and clinical support provided.
