Description: The Niagara North Family Health team is looking for a creative, innovative and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to work in collaboration with our physicians, staff and inter-disciplinary health professionals at our 101 Garrison Village Site in NOTL. This position is full time with ability to flex hours. The Nurse Practitioner will provide full-scope primary care to patients with a wide variety of health conditions as well as supporting the various programs of the FHT.
