Part-Time Nurse Practitioner ? Hormone & Thyroid Health *Calgary, Alberta | Flexible part-time schedule* Are you a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys helping patients navigate hormone and thyroid health over time? We?re looking for an NP to join the Naturally Good Health Clinic and build a collaborative, ongoing care model with our naturopathic doctors. This is an opportunity to focus on thoughtful, individualized care rather than one-off prescription visits. Our clinic has patients seeking support with perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, and thyroid concerns. We would love to work with an NP who values both evidence-informed prescribing and a whole-person approach to health. *The role* You would independently assess and manage patients within your professional scope, with a particular focus on: * Menopausal hormone therapy, including bioidentical hormone therapy where clinically appropriate * Thyroid assessment and medication management, including synthetic and desiccated thyroid medications where clinically appropriate * Ordering and interpreting relevant investigations, adjusting treatment, and arranging appropriate follow-up * Ongoing monitoring, prescription renewals, and referrals when needed * Coordinating care with the naturopathic doctor, with the patient?s consent, so patients have a clear and consistent plan throughout the year We can introduce you to patients already seeking this kind of care. Together, we hope to develop a sustainable model in which patients can see each of us regularly for our respective areas of expertise. *You may be a great fit if you:* * Hold an active Nurse Practitioner practice permit in Alberta * Have experience in, or substantial training and clinical interest in, menopausal hormone therapy and thyroid medication management * Are comfortable discussing both conventional and naturopathic approaches with curiosity and sound clinical judgment * Value patient education, careful follow-up, and collaborative care * Would enjoy helping shape a growing service within an established clinic *Schedule and arrangement* This is a part-time opportunity, we?re flexible on the initial number of hours and would like to develop a schedule and compensation arrangement that makes sense for the right person and the patient demand. The role has room to grow.
